I have been a regular in the Catskills since my early childhood days when I learned how to ski at Windham. My professional and academic career have afforded me the opportunity to live and travel throughout the country and abroad, providing a unique perspective to my diverse client base. Until recently, I lived with my wife and dog in the Ansonia, a Beaux Arts pre-war apartment building on the Upper West Side, and split my time between the City and our Catskills retreat in Roxbury. We fell in love with the region and are now upstate full time.
I received my B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and my M.B.A. from Georgetown University. Not only do I bring together creativity and business savvy expertise, but also an analytical mindset that will help my buyers and sellers make the right financial decision. Prior to working in real estate sales, I worked for the second largest real estate investment trust (REIT) in the nation, where I collaborated on over twenty multi-family and mixed-use development projects—from site selection through lease up stages. Additionally, I ran a 400-unit Class A high-rise building and led compliance efforts on the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) common across my company’s Manhattan portfolio of assets. Soon after, I joined a luxury short-term housing rental organization akin to a fancy version of AirBnB. As head of global operations, I managed a portfolio of 2,600 homes across 26 cities in 13 countries spread throughout Europe, North America, and South America.
